Bill Eubanks a top environmental attorney

TEG is part of a coalition of grass-roots organizations led by Save The Colorado that is fighting against the proposed expansion of Gross Dam and Reservoir. Bill Eubanks, our lead attorney, has been named one of America's Top five Environmental Attorneys under 40 years of age! His firm, Eubanks & Associates, LLC is a public interest law firm whose attorneys have long been on the cutting edge of addressing the nation's most important and challenging environmental protection issues. 

Denver Water received a permit from the Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) in 2017. Eubanks and Associates, LLC is representing our coalition in a lawsuit alleging that the ACOE violated the National Environmental Policy Act, Clean Water Act, and Endangered Species Act by issuing that permit. The case is working its way through the federal court system. With our outstanding representation we believe we have a strong case that will STOP the Gross Dam Project. Contrary to what Denver Water would like the public to believe, this project is NOT A DONE DEAL!
